Our Academy
Since 2008, Archbishop Sentamu Academy has been at the heart of secondary education in East Hull. Our academy is sponsored by the Church of England Diocese of York.
Our Curriculum
Our curriculum consists of a range of subjects including new business and enterprise options along with Health Science, Astronomy, Mandarin Chinese, Horticulture and more.
Student Enrichment
From September 2011 we launched our extended day brining a range of exciting extra curricular experiences for all pupils.

Within its first two years, it has developed some outstanding features and established a strong ethos reflecting its Christian values. Outcomes are mainly good, and students' confidence in their safety is exceptionally strong. Systems for care, support and guidance are highly effective and the academy works very well with its partners to promote the progress and welfare of its students. As a result, achievement and enjoyment have rapidly improved for every group of students. The academy promotes equal opportunity outstandingly well.
